Hello! "Облако" so-called ordinary white cloud; "Туча" usually a word used to define a large, dark (thunderstorm) clouds.

Облако - скопление взвешенных в атмосфере водяных капель и ледяных кристаллов. Кучевые облака, перистые облака. Туча - темное густое облако, грозящее дождем, градом, снегом, молниями. Грозовая, снежная, тяжёлая, свинцовая туча.

The word туча also can be used as the synonym for "plenty" - целая туча пчёл, целая туча тем, целая туча слов.
