What's the difference between constant and consistent? What's the difference between constant and consistent? Could u pls give me some examples? Thanks.

"Consistent" means "unchanging" ex. His grades have been consistent all year. "Constant" means "not stopping" ex. There is a constant banging outside, I wish it would stop.
