The translation is like WTF, OMG or smth like this. Just sounds similar with popular Russian swearing. Famous from popular TV series "Интерны" - the favorite exclamation of "nurse Luba".

Hi!
Это возможно выдуманное самим автором (скорее всего) не злое ругательство (восклицание) наподобие "едрит-твоё-налево"/ "едрён-матрён" / "едрён-корень". Это как слово "блин" не в кулинарном смысле слова))))
Такие слова используют, если хотят избежать грубых ругательств.
Такое больше подходит дедушкам-ворчунам в деревне на завалинке)))) ^_^

Lol. I love this word. You can also hear the words like this: Едрёна вошь, Ёлки-палки, бляха-муха. These words express disappointment.
