Differences between なる, なっている, なってくる, なってきた?
Question as above using 心配に~ as example to illustrate.
In particular, I always see ~になってきた being used to describe changes till now but wonder how is it different from ~になってくる where difference lies only in the tense - present and past.

娘の帰りが遅いと父親は心配になる。
A father comes to be worried when his daughter's return is late.
A father will become anxious if his daughter's return is late.
娘の帰りが遅いので心配になっている。/娘の帰りが遅いので心配だ。
I am worried because my daughter's return is late.
Since my daughter's return is late, I am anxious.
娘の帰りが遅くてもどうということもない父親でも、周りから色々言われると、多少心配になってくる。
Even though a father doesn't worry about his daughter's return is late, when he is said variously from other persons, he begins worrying a little.
娘の帰りが遅くてもどうということはなかったが、周りから色々言われて、多少心配になってきた。
Even though I didn't worry about my daughter's return is late, when I was said variously from other persons, I began worrying a little.
