Let me guess. You asked this because in Japanese the major is 専門(せんもん). Don't get confused. Japanese and Chinese both use Chinese characters (or kanji). Yet, they use them differently.
If you mean major, it should be 专业. And yes, it's a none.
If you use 专门, it's an adverb, meaning "specifically". For instance, we are going to watch Interstellar so I googled it specifically --> 明天我们去看interstellar,所以我专门google了一下。
