what's Kamal level " mean? is that a slang?
A woman really want to interview a man for her thesis. so she kept inviting and inviting. But the man doesn't wanna take a part of it,so he had refused serveral time. But the woman didn't give up.
so the woman said to the man that:" Come on you're ruining my Karmal level here."
i wondering what's "Karmal level "mean? Is that a slang? what's the meaning of the whole sentence?

I think it was meant as karma/karmic level not KAMAL. In this instance it means her peace of mind. Otherwise karma means fate, eg if you do bad things to others, you will have bad things done to you.
