There are many grammar books.I use "Practical English Grammar:" by Murphy but really these days maybe you don't need a book as everything can be found online.

"English Grammar in Use" or "Essential Grammar in Use" both by Raymond Murphy. I recommend going into a bookshop and looking through some different grammar books before you buy, they have slightly different styles so you might find some easier to use or understand than others.
