What's the difference between 각자의 and 각각의?

각자의 음식을 각각의 접시에 담았다 ---> Each of them put their food on each plate. You might figure it out in this sentence that 각자 and 각각 means "each" but we use 각자 to refer to a person and 각각 to refer to an object.
각각의 봉투에는 각자의 이름이 써있었다.
---> Each person's name was written on each of the envelopes.
