세탁하다 vs. 빨래하다
Both mean "to do laundry" right? What's the difference?

Yeah, you're right. The meaning is same. Just 세탁 consists of Chinese characters which means 'washing'. And 빨래 is pure Korean word which means 'to do laundry' ^^
