Les deux phrases sont correctes, mais elles n'ont pas la la même signification.
It's understandable = c'est compréhensible
It's understood = c'est compris

"Understandable" means "it is able to comprehended" It may or may not actually have been comprehended.
"Understood" means it was comprehended.
