I've found this sentence at the end of a recipe in a book, someone can translate it for me? I can't really understand what it means!
اقدم اكل بالصحة والعافية

I'm not sure about its exact translation to English, but "اقدم اكل بالصحة والعافية" means something close to "bon appétit" in French, which is used as a salutation to a person about to eat.
In Arabic when we say: صحة وعافية to someone after we serve food and before they start eating; it means that we wish them good health :)
