Both are OK, there is a slight difference in the meanings because you are using 2 different tenses. The first says I feel a bit sleepy (you already feel sleepy and want to sleep), whilst the second using 'feeling' implies that you have just started to feel sleepy, and that the feeling will grow. So you have started to feel a bit sleepy, but not enough to need to sleep yet.
