How do you say "internship" in Spanish?
I am referring to the kind of "internship" that many college students or recent graduates have in the US where they work for free in return for industry experience and networking. I realize "internado" may be a spanish/English false friend. How about Período de Practicas? Aprendizaje?

"Periodo de prácticas/aprendizaje" could be an option, but the best word is "becario". Por ejemplo, "Carlos trabaja como becario en Adidas".
