What the meaning of: "puke breath"?

Not a good thing, that's for sure. Puke = vomit, so if someone says you have puke breath, then they are telling you it smells bad.

It's breath that smells like puke (vomit).
We also commonly use "dog breath" and "garlic breath" to describe certain types of bad breath.
