Is the accent mark important in Spanish name?
I can see some Spanish names which have accent mark
Ramón, José, Aragón, Sánchez, Gómez, María, Gonzáles
I guess the accent mark is needed to express the position of stress.
If someone want to have a name Ramon without an accent mark, it is allowed and distinguishable from Ramón?

Hi!
Yes, the accent mark is important.
Every name is allowed, but if someone wanted his name to be "Ramon" it'd be pronounced with the stress on the first syllable and it would sound quite different.
No one can say: My name is Ramón but it's written "Ramon" because even Spanish names have to follow the Spanish pronounciation rules.
