' tortoiseshell cat.'/ '龟甲 色的猫' Is it used in practice?
You know, ' tortoiseshell cat.'? I want to know the word in Chinese.
I found this word, '龟甲色的猫' from Baidu. Is it used in practice?
or the word just described the tortoiseshell pattern on dictionary?
Some kind taiwan man told me the word '三花'.
But we have some similiar word in Korea, it's a bit differnt with ' tortoiseshell pattern'.
So I wonder, Chinese people only call it as '三花' or '龟甲色的猫'?

I searched the word online . The best translation should be 花(huā)斑(bān)猫(māo).

We usually refer to a tortoiseshell cat as "三花猫", "三色猫" or "玳瑁白色猫".
