多吃一點
大多用在鼓勵他人，含有關心的意思，語意比較柔軟。
例如：餓了吧！多吃一點。
比較不適合用在自己，如我要多吃一點，語意也通，但有種過於求取的意味，好像我非吃回本不可
吃多一點
意思相同，但用法很廣泛
沒特別限制
其實這兩者的差異很小

多吃一点 是标准的普通话 “吃多一点”，是副词后置，源自粤语（中国广东等地区的方言） 由于南方比北方发达一些，所以粤语中的一些现象也影响到了普通话

多吃一点：强调在原基础（食物）上。吃多一点：强调的是吃的人多吃-相对于他/她自己而言。
