Se dice: Ciao,come stai?
pero tambien puedes decir:
Ciao,come va?
y para ''Hola'' tambien tenemos un otra palabra ''Salve''
que es mas formal que ''Ciao''

Nel linguaggio informare: Ciao, come stai? Ciao, come va?
Salve, come sta? In italiano la forma di cortesia è molto usata.
