Naked is without clothes at all! And bare is regarding a body part; bare foot, bare hand, bare chest, etc!
Nude is also without any clothing, but it's more formal! Other examples of bare meanings are; bare minimum, bare in mind, bare with me, etc!

they both have similar meaning - to be unclothed, to be stripped of all covering. We just don't say 'naked feet' - for feet we always use 'bare'. An uncovered body would be described as 'naked'. We also talk about 'the naked truth'; emotions that are 'laid bare'.
