shocked about.at.by Can I use the three prepositions without changing in meaning ? Thanks I was shocked by.about .at her news.

Yes, you can. However, "shocked about" should really only be used to describe an event (e.g., "I was shocked about the collapse of that building") not to describe someone's speech. "Shocked at/by" would be better when describing what someone else said.
