Doubt about the word 真
When it is intensifying an adjective that is only one character long , you must not use 的 to connect the 真 to that adjective (Example: 你的房子真大 啊!) but when the adjective is two or more characters long , i have to add the 的 to connect them or is it optional?

Optional. And you need 很 with it.
你真漂亮!Correct.
你真的很漂亮!Correct. More intensive. 真的=truely 很=very
你真的漂亮!Incorrect. Understandable though.

I should say it depends.真/真的 sometimes very difficult to diversify because they have exactly same meanings, Chinese differ their use only for habit and the adjectives you use after 真/真的。
天气真好! Weather is really good!
天气真的不错。 Weather is really good.
你真漂亮! You are so beautiful!
你真的很漂亮!You are truly beautiful!
