I live there = I live at that location
I live in there = I live inside that (house, room, and so on)

It could mean different things. If you were to add more context. Normally, we if pointing at a house or an appartment, we say I live there. The word in is not use.
Another example of I live IN there could be a state of mind.where you happen to spend all of your time. Again, more context is required to give a decent answer.
