Assalamu alaykum .this litter" ھ",when reading" h",and when reading" t" in the holy quran?

ة = Taa marbooota = this is mostly used to form feminine form like
طالب - طالبة
كاتب - كاتبة
etc, it sounds like /t/ sound when is being added to another word of the context of definition like the the board of advertisements = لوحة الاعلانات
e.i when you need to use /of/ in English as you define something by relating it to something else.

نشرة الاخبار
news casting = actually we say in Arabic = the casting of news
وزيرة التعليم
the minister of education

There is a deffrent between this litter (ة) and this litter (هـ).
(ة) is being read "t" and (هـ) is being read "h"

you refer to this letter "ة" its read like ه/ا when you stop if you continue reading you connect both words "the one ending iin the letter ة to the next one" so that its pronounced ت
