What does this mean? my cousin sent this to me and i'm just starting to learn korean

2. 사랑 해요 갑 <3 - I love you 갑
(갑 is a nickname I'm assuming - Gap, Gob type of sound; it means case, box, pack [of cigarettes] so....yea)
3. 마크 이니고! - Mark Inigo!
I'm not sure what 이니고 is. It sounds like "Inigo" which could be a person's name or from a video game.
