Si busca la manera de decir "Tengo un hermano y una hermana," se dice "I have a brother and a sister."
Ejemplo: Do you have any brothers or sisters? (¿Tienes hermanos?) --- "Yes. I have a brother and a sister."
Si por alguna razón es necesario enfatizar el "uno" y "una" (no dos, tres, etc.), se puede decir "I have one brother and one sister."
Ejemplo: "You have two brothers and two sisters, right?" (Tienes tres hermanos y dos hermanas, ¿verdad?) --- "No. I have one brother and one sister."
