geology vs geological vs geologic
when should I use them as an adjective?
f.e. geology information or geologic information or geological information?

The phrase is "geological information". "Geology" only works as an adjective in a compound noun, eg. geology professor. "Geologic" is only used in very specific cases... but I'm not a geologist so I can't tell you which situations. ;)
