What does the silly interviewer said at?
Okay, I think that he is one of that silly reporters out there, The guy said that he prefered not to talk about Charlie Sheen, and at the end the interviewer was like , okay I'm going to ask you something about Charlie, is that okay ? hahah
So what does the reporter says at 0:48 "by the way or other way is a blessing in the sky that happens or doesn't happen"?
and at 0:52 "What is your personally relantionship with Charlie, "out of scenes" or what?

At 0:48 he says "It's a blessing in disguise".
Which is basically a saying for religious people.
And at 0:52, he says "out of scenes" meaning the boy and "charlie" worked on a television show "Two and a half men" and he was talking about when you're not acting and filming for the television show, how do you both get along?
