"How It was" or "How was it" ?
Which one is correct? Or both are ok?
1) How was It possible that the selected you?
2) How It was possible that they selected you?

Your first is correct. You can only use "how was it" in a construction like this when "was" is the main verb.
To use"how it was", you need another main verb:
I asked you how it was.
I wondered how it was .
