How can I say things like, 'Shut up' or something if somebody is annoying?
I want to know if how I can say, 'shut up' or 'your annoying' or anything else like insults that I can say to annoying people or my friends (as a joke).

The most common phrase is うるさい (urusai) more informally うるせぇ (urusee) which literally means "noisy"..or you can take a rude alternative and go 黙れ! (quiet!) or うぜえ (annoying in a pain-in-the-ass kind of way..)

I'm not sure why you'd want to learn this stuff, but うるさい is how to say 'shut up!'.
