怎样下载韩文和日文的输入法呢？

我学日语的，我说一下日文输入法吧。一般电脑里面都自带的，在右下角输入法上右击-设置-添加，选日语就可以了。如果要下载的话，简易的日语输入法是南极星， 自己搜索一下很容易就找得到。如果电脑里面没有自带的日语输入法的话，搜索下载微软日语输入法，03或者07版的都可以！
