ぴょ - pyo
would these be correct as well?

ぱゅ-pyu

ぴゃ- pya, ぴゅ- pyu, ぴょ - pyo. These are correct!

although ぱ mean p in hiragana. but as for pya pyu pyo. they use ぴ in japanese
so it will be
ぴゃ- pya ぴゅ- pyu ぴょ - pyo
not
ぱゃ-pya ぱゅ-pyu ぱょ-pyo
