Le tien vs le votre? I found this question: Mon anniversaire est le 17 mai et le VOTRE? My question is, can I replace votre for TIEN? Votre is more formal, right? Or what's the difference btw these words?

Le tien = à une personne à qui on dit "tu" le vôtre = à une personne à qui on dit "vous"
