How do I say "Please write your name." and "John will sign it for you." in Japanese?

I don't actually know much Japanese, but I think it would be something like this:「名前を書いて下さい」(namae wo kaite kudasai) and 「ジョンさんはサインをしてくれます」(jon san wa sain wo shite kuremasu).
