adresses her grief? No idea how to use the word "address"
When I browse AOL Wed I saw the News title “someone addresses her grief.”
I guess maybe the phrase means she is very sad about something. But honestly,I can 't understand how to use the word " adress" . In my opinion ,adress just means the place where someone live ...
Looking forward to any help. Thanks in advance ^^*http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/14/arts/mimi-odonnell-seeks-solace-in-theater-after-philip-seymour-hoffmans-death.html?WT.mc_id=2015-MAY-AOL-ARTS_ADRISK-0501-0531&WT.mc_ev=click&ad-keywords=MAYADRISK

The noun address refers to the description of the place where you live. However the verb address has several meanings. To address someone can be to speak, as in a lecture or speech - he gave an address to the graduating class. To address something is also to give it your attention - 'and finally, he addressed the issue of unpaid taxes contributing to the deficit'.

If you address a situation you deal with it. In this case, the topic is how this person deals with her grief.
