14. A typical daily conference schedule is as follows:
a. DAY 1
1) 0830-0930 Hrs. In-Processing and Admin Instructions, including Host Nation Briefing
2) 0930-1000 Hrs. In-Brief to the conference (Working Group deliverables)
3) 1000-1230 Hrs. Working Group
4) 1230-1400 Hrs. Lunch
5) 1400-1700 Hrs. Working Group
6) 1700-1730 Hrs. Daily Out-Brief
b. DAY 2 and 3
1) 0900-1230 Hrs. Working Group
2) 1230-1400 Hrs. Lunch
I would have said "hours" but the figures are huge !! I'm lost :(

It's an abbreviation for 'hours'.

You are right u know! it's "hours" and can't be anything else ...
0830-0930 Hrs ... means this kind of activity starts at half past 8 and ends at half past 9 !
