How do you say "I have a speech impediment" in JP?
I want to be able to tell my language partners that I tend to stutter, or that I have difficulty speaking.
"Stutter (noun)" は日本語で何といいますか?

I have a speech impediment=私には言語障害<げんごしょうがい>があります
Stutter=どもり(usual)/吃音<きつおん>(technical term)stammer ※どもり is not used any longer on a mass communication as a discriminatory word in recent years.
