"Do midgets have night vision?" I just saw this in a post on 9gag.com about dumb questions (http://m.9gag.com/gag/aQ45457?ref=fbp) and I think it is supposed to be funny but I don't get it. Can someone please explain it?

I don't understand it, either. The best I can make out is that someone really did ask the question, here, https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090801011212AAG87Iw and people thought it was a stupid question.
