Hola! No muy entiendo que es la deferenca entre extraño y raro? O es solo sinónimos?

En la mayoría de los casos son sinónimos. Una diferencia podría ser en "No hables con extraños". Aquí extraños es igual que desconocidos. "No hables con raros" aquí "raros" es gente con un aspecto, forma de ser, etc. peculiar
