Flash that hits the land while a thunderstorm is ocurring
Hi!
As far as I know, the "thunder" is the sound, the "lightning" is the flash seen in the clouds and what about the flash that hits land?

That's lightning too. If lightning hits something on land, we say that it's 'struck by lightning'
