Did you sent the samples? Or Had you send the samples?
Last week, my client said he will send the samples to us in the email; today, i want to ask for it.
So,which one is correct?
1.Did you send the samples?
2.Had you send the samples?
3.other,Please advise.

I would say "Have you sent the samples?". Although you can say "Did you send the samples?", for some reason, "Have you sent the samples?" feels politer to me.

"Have you sent the samples?"
"Did you send the samples last week, as promised?" (You need a time in the past if you use past simple.)
You would not use "had you sent" in this situation.
