Embarrassment - Die Peinlichkeit
"I'm embarrassed" - It might be "Ich schäme mich" but I think it's more accurate to say "This is embarrassing to me." in German, which is "Das ist mir peinlich."
"It is embarrassing" - "Es ist peinlich."
