A is the same as B
A is as same as B

Are three of them all correct? Personally I think third one (or the third one. Please tell me whether I need to add 'the' or not.) is wrong.
when asking something for example
Is A as same as B?

Which one is right and wrong? If one of you guys can help me with them, I would be glad!
Thanks a lot in advance!

A is the same as B - correct
A is as same as B - wrong
A is same as B - wrong
Personally I think third one (or the third one. Please tell me whether I need to add 'the' or not.) is wrong. - Yes, you need to add 'the'. So it would be "Personally I think the third one".
