Esto depende del tipo de "dulce".
para la comida y bebida saben dulce, con mucho azúcal = あまい(amai)
para la bebida alcohólica, especialmente para vino = あまくちの(amakuchino)
para las personas que son amable o cariñoso = やさしい(yasashii)
Aunque hay otras traducciones depende del contexto, creo que son más básicas. Espero que te ayude.
