What exactly does " so damn ... " mean ? ( Please do not tell me just " very" )

That is what it means. If you understood English swear words, you would know that "damn" in this context could be replaced or modified and it would still basically have the same meaning. The meaning is basically just "very".

Look at the examples:
1- It's just so damn crazy, it's a suicide mission!
2- It's so damn beautiful!
I believe it can be translated differently in different languages simply because of the cultural equivalent of the expression; you need to find an equal meaning in target language.
Example 2: In my head, it "rings" as something like: " it is beautiful" plus " an extra attachment of emotion"; not a neutral expression of beauty but I feel it is pressing my emotions in a way.
Ask yourself : when do you feel inclined to swear? That will be your answer!
