Well, if you're living in Turkey, it's so much easier for you. I recommend you to start a Turkish course, but if you going to learn it by yourself, then start of with alphabet, and you can find good websites on Internet, also visit bookshops to find good Turkish books (you can buy beginner level workbooks and childeren's books for improving your Turkish and it's fun to read too)
