Hi Sunny, just go up to Resources & click onto 'How to speak English like a native speaker'. Then you can find an English speaker to talk to when you click onto Find a language Partner at the top. You can also join a group once you click onto Groups at the top. There are many to choose from and I am sure there'll be one you'll like.

If you watch movies and listen to music in English it will help you out and have fun at the same time. But when watching a movie use English subtitles. That will be better for you. Also put in mind a little bit every day is better than a lot at once. cheers

Do you mean "tone" of English - as in speaking in a monotone, which means to keep the same sound level and minimize inflection? ("Tune" is related to music.) This could be tricky to change - there's no better way to fix this other than listening to native speakers and practicing. You could also try listening to English speeches and news broadcasts for examples of the way tone is used. I would suggest breaking up your sentences into pieces; using a "pause" (briefly stopping or perhaps taking a breath) between parts of sentences and where there is punctuation (like a comma, semicolon, dash, or period) may help.
