À et a, same pronunciation like in amour, amitié
Ç is in "ça va", and has the same pronunciation than Double S (noise of snake)
For the e, I give you examples and you can google it to have the pronunciation (a robot read it, generally it's working) : élève, (difference between é and è) téléphone and lève (of verb lever), être, ë is not really habitual but there is ambiguë (but we don't really pronunce it in this word)
Î and ï have the same pronunciation, we don't use so much 'i' with accents
Ô have no difference with o
Same for u, û and ù
Oe is in 'oeil' for example.
Hope to help you, and try the 'audio pronunciation' on google or another website.
