to answer what is your height/weight?
1. my height/weight is XXX.
2. I am XXX in height/height
Which one is correct and natural?

My example:
My height is six feet five inches/6'5
I am 6'5 feet tall. Note, a majority of native American English speakers would say as follows "I am six foot five". It is incorrect English, but that is how a majority says it.
