In Korea, someone who always spices the atmosphere aroung people up and breaks the ice between people, we call them as 분위기메이커
so I was wondering, in English,
there are one single word for this kind of person maybe antonym for mood killer like that ;)

It's not one word, but we might call someone 'the life and soul of the party' if they are like that.
