I think "We are a Hong Kong-based company" will do. This means that this company has its base in Hong Kong, and naturally, it'll be financed by that parent company in Hong Kong. If this company has its base somewhere else other than Hong Kong but still get financed by another one in Hong Kong, just change "-based" into "-financed".
